The wildflowers seem to dance across the sky in a summer breeze, a Wildflower Waltz. Inspired by the dancing flowers on the hilltop near my home, Wildflower Waltz is created in an expressionist style with dripped and thrown paint. Wildflower Waltz uses textured oil paint to create definition and focus in the beautiful deep pink flowers. Gold flashes of paint catch and reflect light adding depth and intrigue to the painting while the grey blue sky softens the vibrant colour and contrasts against the pink beautifully. Wildflower Waltz celebrates the beauty of the world. It is ready to hang.
